- The fabric has undergone permeation testing for more than 100 chemicals in accordance with EN 374-3

Design
- Microgard®/Microchem® 4000 features a welded version of our optimal coverall design, engineered for maximum wearability, comfort, and durability. The design includes a hood with a unique X-seam that improves the fit around the head;
- specially extended outer cuffs ensure a secure seal between chemical gloves and the wrist. The inner cuffs are made of comfortable knitted material;
- the front opening features a double-zipper flap. A more traditional method of securing the zipper flap is to use double-sided adhesive tape.
- However, this method is problematic because it relies on the user to ensure a good seal between the tape and their own clothing. With the Microchem® 4000 suit, the inner zipper closes the suit, while the outer zipper ensures that the zipper flap is properly positioned and sealed. This means that a secure seal can be achieved quickly at any time
