Procedure for cleaning up oil spills:
- Place the material on the spill and let it work. The liquid is quickly absorbed into the fabric until its sorption capacity is fully saturated (the fabric takes on a uniform dark color).
- Replace the material if it becomes fully saturated or if the fabric is damaged by repeated squeezing. After removing the spilled liquid, collect the used pads and place them in a prepared hazardous waste container.
