Recommended Uses

- Containment of oil spills on water surfaces and solid surfaces
- Select the required number of containment booms, or cut individual booms to the necessary length.
- Place the containment booms around the oil spill, or block off a watercourse with a sorbent barrier in the direction of the spilled liquid’s flow. The oil will be quickly absorbed by the containment booms until their sorption capacity is fully saturated (consistent dark coloration).
- Replace the hoses if they are fully saturated or if the material is damaged.
- After the spill has been contained, remove the used hoses and place them in a prepared container for hazardous materials.
